YAKAP–GAMOT helps qualified Filipino patients access maintenance medicines through partner and LGU-supported assistance, dispensed by licensed ALiN pharmacists.
Enrollment requires a signed-in account and a patient profile.
What the program covers
For chronic-care patients
Built for patients on long-term maintenance therapy — hypertension, diabetes, cardiac and similar conditions.
Assistance-supported pricing
Partner, sponsor and LGU support is applied on top of Senior Citizen and PWD discounts where eligible.
Pharmacist-validated
Every enrollment and dispense is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist against a valid prescription.
Family enrollment
Enroll yourself or a dependent you care for, with consent recorded per patient profile.
How to join
- 1. Create an ALiN Pharmacy account and add the patient profile.
- 2. Upload the valid prescription for the maintenance medicine.
- 3. Submit the enrollment — a pharmacist reviews eligibility.
- 4. Once active, refills are dispensed at program terms from a licensed hub.
Program availability, sponsor coverage and included medicines may vary by hub and partner agreement. Final eligibility is confirmed by the reviewing pharmacist.
