Every ALiN Central Pharmacy Hub is supervised by a pharmacist-in-charge registered with the Professional Regulation Commission. They review prescriptions, verify orders before release, and answer your medicine questions.
Prescription review
Dosage, duration, interactions and prescription validity are checked before anything is dispensed.
Generic substitution
A pharmacist must approve any substitution. Generic alternatives are never swapped automatically.
Medicine questions
Ask about storage, timing, side effects or what to do about a missed dose.
This service is not for emergencies. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, or any life-threatening symptom, contact emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Direct pharmacist messaging opens alongside the prescription review workspace in the next release. Until then, upload your prescription so a pharmacist can review it first.
